Overview

Once you send your item to us, it will be professionally assessed and a final value will be proposed to you.

You are under no obligation to accept our offer.

If You Accept Our Offer

  • Once you accept the final proposed value, payment will be processed according to the agreed method.

  • At this stage, the transaction is considered complete and final.

If You Decline Our Offer

If you choose not to proceed after receiving our final valuation:

  • Your item will be returned to you.

  • The return shipment will be sent using the same Royal Mail service level originally used:

    • Royal Mail Tracked 24 for applicable shipments

    • Royal Mail Special Delivery for higher-value shipments

  • The return shipping cost must be paid by the customer before dispatch.

We will notify you of the return shipping fee, and once payment is received, your item will be securely shipped back to you.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items will be returned in the same condition as received.

  • All return shipments are securely packaged and appropriately insured based on value.

  • Tracking details will be provided once dispatched.

Important Notes

  • Failure to pay return shipping charges within the specified timeframe may result in storage fees or other administrative actions
