The National Association
of Jewellers

Formed in 2015 through the unification of the British Jewellers' Association and the National Association of Goldsmiths, the NAJ represents over 1,700 member businesses across the UK jewellery sector.

The UK's leading jewellery
trade body.

The National Association of Jewellers is the UK's leading trade association for the professional jewellery sector. The NAJ provides a simple, actionable understanding of the key challenges and opportunities facing businesses, helping members navigate through them.

The NAJ is one of only a handful of trade associations to hold a Royal Charter grant of arms. In order to proudly display the NAJ's Grant of Arms in their business, every member is required to abide by the NAJ's Code of Conduct โ€” based on honesty, integrity and professionalism.

"The grant of arms gives customers peace of mind that they are dealing with a jewellery business committed to the highest standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism."

Trade with confidence.

Code of Conduct
Every NAJ member is bound by a strict Code of Conduct requiring honesty, integrity and professionalism in all business dealings.
Legally Compliant
NAJ membership ensures businesses are legally compliant, particularly in areas such as hallmarking law, health and safety, and responsible business practice.
Dispute Resolution
The NAJ provides formal mediation through NAJ Resolve, offering customers a fair and transparent route to resolve any disputes that may arise.
